Vintage "So Long"

Good morning, my friends.  Well, you know the old saying...."the best laid plans"....I haven't had much time or to be more truthful, motivation to be creative lately.  Not sure why and I am hoping it will change soon but in the meantime, I probably won't have too much to share.  Bear with me and I am sure there will be more entries to this blog when my "crafting mojo" comes back.

Today I have a card to share with you that I made for a friend at work who was leaving to go back to her old job.  I wish her the best of luck on her new journey.  She is all about vintage so I used the Sentimental Cricut cartridge and muted colours for her card.  Personalized cards for the people they are for is something I like to do and is probably why I do not have a huge stash of cards and make them at the last minute :)


And I just wanted to share the absolutely beautiful tag/card she made for me.  The lace she used on it was made by her grandmother.  I will cherish this for a long time.


That's all for today.  I really need to make a couple of cards for this weekend because from me everyone expects a homemade card.  Maybe I will just surprise them all and go buy one :)  Thanks for stopping by.  I hope to see you all again soon.

    Heather, don't you dare buy a card. This card is absolutly wonderful. Just get busy and make your own cards, thats what we do. I also wait for the last minute. Looking back on your blog I think all your cards are great. Maybe we can motivate each other...I need to get busy myself. lol
