Little Red Wagon Challenge #375 ~ Something New!!!

Hello all!!  Welcome back to the first new challenge for 2017 at Little Red Wagon.  This post is up very late in the day instead of in the morning as I fell asleep so early last night it didn't happen.  I hope it is not foreshadowing of things to come this year.  Gotta get on top of design team commitments and posts scheduled :) Anyhow, Jan is our hostess this week and her theme is SOMETHING NEW! She has a very wide interpretation of this ~ it could be a new theme (new baby, new home) or a new technique for you to try or something new in your stash that you can use (Christmas gift or something you haven't used before).

I received scrapbooking/stamping goodies for Christmas from my wonderful hubby for the first time this year. He usually lets me do the purchasing as he always says he doesn't know what to get.  I did specifically ask for a MISTI (Most Incredible Stamp Tool Invented) But he added a few things of his own. Love my new supplies.

So I used my MISTI to stamp a new image from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps "Got Snow?" that I won before the holidays but had no time to play with.  I got a crisp image the first time even with all of the details.  So happy for that new tool.  I coloured him up with my Copics and made him into a filler card for my project life album.  Then I decided I needed some matching smaller filler cards as well.  These are going with pictures of my grandchildren playing in the snow my wonderful daughter-in-law sent to me.

Why not head on over to Little Red Wagon and link up a project of your own using something new?  Check out what all of the other girlfriends have made for inspiration and leave us some love.  We all appreciate your comments.

Thanks for dropping by and listening to my ramblings.  Have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY!!!

  2. I asked for a MISTI for Christmas....it was Item 1 on my list of 2...and I didn't get it. So I went and bought it myself - ha! Haven't had the chance to play with it yet but I'm looking forward to it.

Such fantastic Project Life cards! I love that plaid patterned paper!
